Refund policy

We do not offer any returns or exchanges for products due to change of mind after purchase as these are items that are to be used for personal use, we stand by this policy due to hygiene issues. 

However, if you’re returning goods due to defects, an incomplete order or incorrect delivery, we will refund you the price you paid for the goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) or send you a replacement with free delivery.
